4.1 Each Player may hold only one active account on 92kr. The creation of multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

10.2 Players may request closure of their 92kr account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after standard AML checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or chargebacks exist.
10.3 92kr will retain Player account records for the minimum period required under applicable data retention obligations following account closure.
